If you want readers to see the legend while looking at a map without any additional processing, you can activate the option that allows you to keep the legend open from the map options.
You can learn how to do it in the video below.
GIS StorMaps was updat! with the ability to
create a map tour from feature services that include survey results and field data. This feature, which we call a data-driven map tour, allows you to focus on your data on the map and add additional information about it to your story maps. Since these data layers can contain a large number of places, there was also an increase in demand for more places to be shown on a map tour. In line with these evaluations, with the new update, when you create a data-driven map tour, you could previously show 100 different locations as details, but now you can choose to show 150 or 200 different places.
This update brings another according to legends change to make map tours look better. When you create a data-driven map tour, the grid template with the largest panel size (50% Panel / 50% Map) will now be us!. This configuration option is ideal for map tours creat! with a lot of data, as it allows readers to minimize scrolling. If you are working with data that represents a small number of locations, you can always switch to one of the other templates. If you have features that show more than 20 locations, we recommend using the grid template of any map tour feature, and if you have features that show more than about 40 locations, we recommend using one of the larger panel sizes.
We strongly recommend that you assess the security risk for
ach host running ArcGIS the kodor archaeological exp!ition has Enterprise in your environment individually and select tools appropriate for the security text services risk level of each.
We also recommend that before rolling out any antivirus project, you test the entire system, including desktop and web clients, under full load and measure any changes in stability and performance.
Antivirus software requires system resources to run and can, in some cases, impact software performance. You should test before and after installing your antivirus software to determine if there is any performance impact on your ArcGIS Enterprise hosts and balance your desir! level of security against any performance impact.
