With automatic email backup and email templates
Nothing is more frustrating than having to retype an email.
This is the subject of this very last product update of the year.
Let’s dive right in.
Automatically save the latest version of each email
Don’t want to lose the email you’re working on?
Salesflare now automatically saves Save your emails the latest version of an email you’re composing.
If you accidentally reload the cayman islands phone number data app, close the browser, navigate to another LinkedIn page… you can simply pick up where you left off.
Simply start an email again to the same person and Salesflare will remember what you typed previously, down to the last character.
To avoid receiving stale draft emails without any additional work on your part, old ones are automatically cleaned after a few days.
Never forget to create email templates again
Did you know that you can save and use email templates in Salesflare?
For many, this is one of Salesflare’s hidden gems (along with Bulk Actions )… until now.
The “Templates” button is now much in france, the Senegalese diaspora mobilized on the eve of the presidential election more visible Save your emails at the bottom of each email composition window.
While this isn’t a new feature, some of you may be experiencing it for the first time, which is why we decided to include this improvement more prominently in our product update.
Pro tips:
- When typing an email in Salesflare, type # to quickly add a template or text snippet.
- Salesflare email templates are also available in Gmail . Just click the ribbon icon next to the Gmail send button. (Assuming you have the Gmail sidebar installed ).
- You can use merge fields in templates, so you never have to manually add a person’s name again. (Only works for sending emails to one person at a time).
