Out of harm s way saving traffic

Why does content in inbound marketing continue to work? As I already said, it does not disappear and continues to live in two worlds: search engines and social networks.

Search engines become more favorable to what you post phone number library on your blog over time. Smart robots like it when the content is useful: people read it and share it online. The longer the content lives, the more pluses readers and search engines give it, and the higher it rises in the search results.

In social networks, truly useful content exists for years and is passed on from repost to repost. Usefulness works in any topic: from a selection of books for marketers to an article on breathing exercises.

I’ll tell you a secret. In 2016, my colleagues and I made 7 effective customer retention strategies in 2023 several collections for marketers and launched them on social networks. We wanted to get a little bit

traffic for yourself and other good guys. And also check if such things work at all.

The experiment did not grow to the size of a super case with a billion-dollar profit. But! The posts are still alive. Two years have passed, and the selections still pop up in unfamiliar groups. It’s a pity that there is no longer a cat.

This happens not only with Lidmashina, but also with our projects. Remember, in the chapter on the target audience, I talked about a client with a product clean email for the elderly? A year ago, I wrote articles about heart attack prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. These materials are still liked on Odnoklassniki.

But you can’t just sit back and wait for people to come to your blog like manna from heaven and start frantically sharing links. That’s not the spirit of inbound marketing. To quickly make friends with your blog and readers, you need to distribute your content.

This can be done on partner sites and social networks. In both cases, you can post for free or for money. Free ones are better for the budget, but require more time and effort. Paid ones are easier to master, but the downside is obvious – expenses.

Free ways

Social networks

Thematic communities in social networks give the fastest results. It is easiest to find free platforms on Facebook and Odnoklassniki – there are open groups where you can freely leave links to blog materials. And on VKontakte, administrators want money for this.

How does this work?

  1. Create an account that looks like your target audience. For a blog about cosmetics – a young girl with a fashionable avatar, and for a blog about health – a wise lady with a nice photo.
  2. We find communities on the topic, in which you can publish posts with links without restrictions.
  3. We add all the found communities to the table. If there are many communities, they can be divided into blog categories: for example, publish materials about childhood illnesses only in groups for mothers, and about age-related ailments – in communities with subscribers over fifty years old.To avoid getting confused in your own entries, I advise you to mark the name of the material at the top, and put the publication date at the bottom. I also mark the groups in which users are most active in color.
  4. If you publish two materials per week, send them to the groups on the day of publication. If there are more materials, try to distribute them so as not to annoy the community audience.
  5. If for some reason you are unable to release new materials, distribute old articles with new announcements. Articles older than two months are suitable. This will increase traffic and launch a new wave of reposts.
  6. Don’t forget about your own groups on social networks. Publish new posts and ask your colleagues to share – it works. If the community is very small, then you will definitely need their support for the first couple of months. Then you will have your own loyal audience.
